Task tracker with start and end time on bar chart

Hi All, 

My project has a requirement to plot the tasks\ jobs based on each day with start and end time. The main part is I need to depict the start time and end times of the tasks with empty hours when there was not time spent of tasks. Sample of what I am trying to create is attached below. 

 

The data I have is as follows

Job No, Date, Start Time, End Time, Resource.

This is really critical and I am stuck. I have tried creating multiple measures but of no use. 

Any help is really appreciated.

@dalpratap ,  You need check for custom visual. I doubt standard visual will allow Time on Y axis
