Target Month slicer issue

When i select Slicer for june month then it gives me results for July month , but when i select july month then result is coming right, but when i select a range of month then worng results,
I have my target table , target table Salesman id joined with salesman code, target month and year with date table 

Target= TOTALMTD(SUM(TargetM[targetvalue]),TargetM[Montyear_TGT] )

I created a column 
Montyear_TGT = DATE(T_TargetM[target_year],T_TargetM[target_month],01)

Do you have the correct date relationship between date table and target table?

Please show some sample data and expected result to us if you are seeking for DAX help.

1. Sample data as text, use the table tool in the editing bar
2. Expected output from sample data
3. Explanation in words of how to get from 1. to 2.
