Tableau measure into Power BI

Hi,

 

I am creating tableau report in power bi I want to get this measure in power bi 

 

window_sum(COUNT([Reason]),-12,0)

 

How i can do that?

@cham can you explain what does this formula do in Tableau so that we can provide DAX for similar calculation.

Measure = window_sum(COUNT([Reason]),-12,0)

Measure 2 = [Measure]/sum([Total Emp (for IT)])

 

Then show the percentage of details in last 6 months
