Table with measure using if, showing total summary as zero(0)

Hi all, I have a table with a measure using if .It includes +ve and -ve values and the total summary of the field  is shown as zero, where it should the sum of all -ve and +ve values. But when any customer is selected then it's total is showing correct but with out aNy selections it's showing as zero. By default it should show total summary . Can anyone help me on this

@Anonymous , Have you used isinscope, isfiltered , hasonevalue or some other context in the measure like customer name  = max(customer name) in such case grand total can be wrong.
