Table visualization recommendation

I am trying to display and format some data values in a report in a "table" format. I have tried using multi-row cards and text boxes, but they arent what I am looking for. In SSRS, you could use a table and define what data element went into each cell. I can't find a way to do that in PBI. Are there 3rd party visulizations that would work for this? I want to make a "table like the one below:

Hi @msimmonsmcse ,

Based on my test, Multi-row card could meet your requirements, doesn't it?

I suppose this is the best I am going to be able to do. You would think something as easy as "give me a 2 row, 5 column table, then put the following elements in each cell" would be a desired visual. Unforturnately the Multi Card visual lacks many needed formatting controls, such as Conditional formating and such.

@msimmonsmcse , I doubt that you can drag and drop a measure/column at any place. Try Multi KPI.

Hi @msimmonsmcse ,

Could you please show some sample data in your desired table?

Otherwise, I can't see any format on your table.
