Table visual with Total and sub-total but with different detail lines

I have a request to build a table-visual in powerbi which holds a sub-total and total.

The difficult part is that the details (line-items) above which makes the totals are different per selection.

Further more they want a view WITH and WITHOUT "dividend" (which can be accomplished with bookmarks, so that's not a problem) but it makes the initial problem a little more complex.

It comes down to this:

so you see when they select A it holds 5 line-items which need to be added (with or without dividend)

but when they select B it holds only 4...

It's not possible to reserve a big white-space between the line-item details and the totals cause the actual number of line-items may vary between 3 and 15.... 

Can we create such a table-visual in PBI

Currently, I’m afraid it doesn’t support to do using a table to achieve your requirements.
