Table visual shouldn't display data until filter selected.

Hello,

Requirement I: The 'Task Starts for Next 14 Days' table needs to display a message "Select a project from the Top Level Project View table", if a project has not been selected from the 'Top Level Project View' table. Currently it displays Start Date and Task Name for all projects for the next 14 days (as shown below).

Requirement II: Once a project is selected from the 'Top Level Project View' table, the columns showing the Start Date and Task Name must appear as shown below for the selected project only.

Sorry. I will try to add clarity. If a project has not been selected, the 'Task Starts for Next 14 Days' must look something like this:

My client wants to see data only when a projet has been selected. My problem is, once I select a project (filter), I'm not sure how to convert the 'Task Starts for Next 14 Days' table from a visual that display a message, to one that displayes the required filtered data.
