Table to consolidate MAXX measures

Hi,

I am trying to create a column within a table(Table1) that shows the MAXX measures I have added in a different Table (FV). The purpose of this is to display a dynamic arrow on the graph which changes with the selected slicer (and other graph). What I would like to visualize is the opportunity cost (the difference betwwen the MAXX of the Inv FV measure and the MAXX Bank FV measure).Screenshot (27).png

The Measures I currently have used for this are below:

Bank FV = [Investment Amount Value]*(1+([Bank % Value]/100))^[selectedyear]
Inv FV = [Investment Amount Value]*(1+([Investment % Value]/100))^[selectedyear]

Opportunity Cost =
MAXX(FV,[Inv FV]) - MAXX(FV, [Bank FV])

Power BI newbie. Help will be realll appreciated

Values in a calculated column are fixed. You may write a measure that returns the percentage and set Max Value to 1.
