Table refreshed but visual is not updated

Hello,

I have a table that is set up with storage mode "import".  Refreshing data has stop updating the visuals in both cases: "refresh data" on the table or executing the "refresh" button on the home ribbon. Using a basic visual to display row counts  is not displaying correctly: 16k rows in the table but a card displays only 15k (not distinct)

I'm on the latest version of Power BI desktop and have confirmed that the table is enabled for "include in report refresh"

I would be most grateful if anyone has any ideas.

Are you having any filters or slicers applied on the visual, page or report?

What's the measure you use to count the rows? 
Power BI doesn't make mistakes like this so there's probably something wrong with your calculation or you have some filters applied.
