Table not showing the numbers in the columns

Hi, I'm having the following issue. In the query editor, my numbers are shown in each column correct as it's shown in the image.  In the table view option, the numbers in the columns are not showing. The source file is an Excel file. Thanks for any help received.

Check "Include in report refresh" in the Query Editor.
