Table in power BI to allow new entry of data

Our company is moving excel spreadsheets with data sources to power bi. Part of that includes a form used both as a report and a form.

Basically, there is a table with information received from SQL, which must be fully visible to the users, then they require four fields at the end of each line that are saved in the excel file.

We want to replicate that in power bi. Getting data, formatting it... that's no issue, but allowing input in an online... not desktop report, that would then save that information to be seen (and possibly edited) later is the challenge.

I understand that powerapps can do something similar, but are there other options, and is the powerapps option what we're looking for? Note that they need to see all the contract info coming from sql, then complete four more cells for each to be saved (possibly to do an sql insert or such).

Any suggestions are welcome.
