Table combine or any other function to use in data accumulating?

Hi,
I’m a newbie to PowerBI and would appreciate if anyone can help me on this,

I have a three tables A, B,C
Table A : it getting data through a API, every time when it refresh dump all data in to Table B and get new data set
Table B : Get data from Table A
Table C : it getting data from B and keep it static (without refresh)

What I'm trying to achieve is :
Every time I refreshing the Table A I want to accumulate data in to Table C (load all data in C+B tables). Table A always get new data set which need to dump in to B and again getting new data set to A.
I'm really confused how to combine these tables to achieve Table C.

Background story:
I have a big data set on a client server and I obtain data to PowerBi through an API. Unfortunately we don’t use any data warehouse model and just directly getting data from client server. Anyhow, due to massiveness of data table API always crash and I can’t get data. To overcome this, a suggestion came up that to use different sql query for API and obtained limited data into a Table in powerbi (Table A) and dump these in to a different table (B). Then using Table B let accumulate all data in to table C. (C+B)

This is not possible in Power BI. Power BI has no memory. You need to do that process in the upstream system.
