Table Visualization

Dear Expert,

 

I have dashboard. I used the Table visualization see below: on the agent status column i want to change the background color depends on the status. ex if EMAILS red; break green; etc.  How to achieve that?

 

your support is highly appreciated

You can create a calculated column:

 

Condition = SWITCH('Table1'[Agent Status],"Break",1,"Emails",2)
 
w1.PNG
 
Then set conditional formatting for the Agent Status column based on this new column:
