Hi all,
Using PBIRS - Sept, 2021.
Is it possible to get Table visual to show detail without adding too many detail to force uniqueness?
For an id, I see 25 rows in the datasource with same id and these rows have a rank of 1-25 coming from SQL Dense Rank.
When I add the id to the Table, I get a single row.
When I add the Rank, I get all 25 Rows.
Is it possible to get all 25 rows without adding the rank?
I looked at Column Tools in Data View
The Summarize option is set: Do Not Summarize
The Data Type of the id is Text as some id's are Numeric, Some are Alpha-numeric.
Thanks,

Solved! Go to Solution.
The Report view (in the left pane) is intended to show aggregated data. When Do No Summarize is on, it still only shows you unique combinations rather than showing duplicate rows, so you need to include something that makes the rows unique.
The Data view (in the left pane) shows the underlying tables (assuming they're imported rather than DirectQuery).
