Table Heatmap not showing legend when based on a measure

I have a table heatmap that shows data based on a measure formatted as percentage. The heatmap itself looks good, but there is no legend and when you hover over a cell, the number is a decimal (.94 instead of 94%).

Is this a limitation to this new visual?

HI @rhill,

Current power bi visuals all not support use measure as category/legend, I think you issue may related to it.(they not support auto drill to each level to calculate, you need to add a category column to let measure calculate loop all row contents)

In addition, you can also contact to custom visual team for further support.
