Table.Group with lookup

Hello,

I'm having a table with 3 fields, Id, Code, Description. On that table we are doing a Table.Group for all Descriptions for the same id.

So we are having a ListAgg/StringAgg function. But as we are talking here about xM of lines and the descriptions are quite long i'm thinking to do the Table.Group on the codes and then replace the codes with the descriptions that would come from a separated table.

But how would i do a lookupvalue for each element in a string..

Ex Data Facts

Id 1, Code 10

Id 1, Code 95

Ex Data Dim

Code 10, Desc Test1

Code 95, Desc Another Text

Would result after the table group into  Id1, StringAggfield 10;95

And then I would like to lookup them into

Id 1, LookupedStringAffField  Test1;Another Text

Any suggestions ?
