Table Fields are not getting grouped in Power BI

I am using the below table view. My escalated number should get added based on the decision date and unit.

Instead of having multiple rows, I need to make a single row grouped with decision date and unit with sum up escalated value.

How to do it ?

You should use the matrix instead of the table visual to group rows in a similar way to a pivot table in Excel.
