TRICKY = Timeseries missing data points need to be factored into measures

Hi Experts

Here is an example of the meaures and formula working prefect even with blanks in the data. But i need to do this with my current file and dynamically on the fly etc...

link: https://www.dropbox.com/s/pb5bhvya4ztkul5/Mann-Kendall.pbix?dl=0

See attached sample file.

link: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ne2pk1eehazyvce/Sample__v.1.13.pbix?dl=0

I cannot see the end solution to this problem, i have search the Power BI Forums an still cannot make head nor tails of this.

I have tried all the possible measure solution by adding

1. +0

2. Measure, blank, 0, Measure

3. other and so   to my measure PMSComplaintsMN, still no luck.

What i need to be able to accomplish is to have a dataset with 12 data point one value for each month, in the sample file my data point run from July 18 to June 19 ( the Y values in PMS_Financail_PDS Table, this table updates each month) both the graph and the table as shown in Sample Data tab of the PBIX file only shown data points for values >0. if we have no data for that particular month the value show be 0, add +0 to the PMSComplaintsMN measure does not work, unless this measure is wrong.

which in turn should be taken into consideration for measres __freq and __s found in the Measure table.

Here i am trying to use a virtual table, judging by the output values shown on Sample Data tab it only using

the 8 data points as shown in the graph in order to work out the p-value

ie. (1,5,6,5,3,3,1,9) as shown by the bars.

the correct solution is to have 12 data points i.e. (1,5,6,5,0,3,3,1,9,0,0,0) zero for the missing time periods Nov 18, April 19 - Jun 19.

Question can you fix this.

PS the formula works 100% for 12 data points i have regession test 21 sample using the various filter on the report.
