TODAY() function: no time

Hi,

I would like to display today's date by using TODAY() function in a such format DD/MM/YYYY in a card visual .

However, together with the date I get time, say 22/01/2018 00:00:00.

How can I get rid of the time and display the date only?

...or you can use DAX FORMAT function measure = FORMAT(TODAY(), "DD/MM/YYYY")

@bartholomew19, Select the measure then on the Modelling tab of Power BI Desktop you can format as desired.

Re: TODAY() function: no time

Thank you. This one worked one for me.
The former did not as that part of the panel for some reason is inactive.
