Switch Theme button is missing from Home ribbon in latest Power BI Desktop(November 2019 Version)

I am not able to import a JSON theme to my pbix. 

Switch theme button option is missing??

Are you using the new updated ribbon?

If so then you will find themes under the view tab

Yeah It's there once you click the upside down arrow over there. View>> Browse for themes
