Hi Team,
I need to calculate the summary of overtime hours with the next conditions
1. Overtime Hours = Total Hours – Regular Hours
2. Summary of hours if MONTHLY summary Overtime Hours by an each EMPLOYEE is hither then 0.
I tried to create a measure below; it does not work, I have difficulty to show “during a calendar month by employee” condition correctly.
OT Hours =
VAR ByEmployee =
FILTER (
Employee,
[OTHrs Total] >0
)
VAR ByMonth = SELECTEDVALUE('Date'[Month], [OTHrs Total])
RETURN
CALCULATE (
[OTHrs Total],
ByEmployee,
ByMonth
)
Pictures present Total by months and by employee and expected result

@mroshchenko here is the measure and output
OT Hours =
SUMX ( SUMMARIZE ( Hours, Employee[ID], 'Date'[Month], "_OT", [OTHrs Total] ), IF ( [_OT] > 0, [OTHrs Total] ) )
I would ❤ Kudos if my solution helped. 👉 If you can spend time posting the question, you can also make efforts to give Kudos whoever helped to solve your problem. It is a token of appreciation!
