Hi,
I have an extract of employees names and ID numbers for whenever they have received an award. I want to summarise this data so that the X axis would show the different no. of times employees have been awarded, and Y axis showing the number of employees who have been awarded that number of times.
I have got to the stage where I have a table showing how many times each employee has been awarded, but how do I get to the next stage where I can summarise this information so can display on a chart.
e.g.
X axis 1,2,3,4,5 (times an employee has been awarded)
Y axis ...... (no. of times e.g. that employees have been awarded 1, 2 or 3 awards etc.)
Thanks!
