Sum with multiple filters

I am attempting to write a formula to sum column c in the below example, under the following conditions:

1. column a contains the same value

2. column b is a distinct value

It seems like it should be simple to resolve, but so far all of my idea have returned the incorrect value.

AFAIK, power bi not support to create a dynamic calculate column based on slicer/filter. Please use measure to instead.

BTW, current power bi not able to do cumulative calculation on text category fields, please do range filter on date/time or numeric value fields.

I should have mentioned that I would like this to be a calculated column
