I have 4 columns with names, it doesn´t metter if someone was person 1 or person 2, what matters is how many time did his name appered so I can create a Pie Graph of it, showing how many times did everyone appered.

Then, use Summarize to create a count table:
Name Count = SUMMARIZE(Q2,Q2[Name],"Count",COUNT(Q2[Name]))
