How to sum dates until end of selected date month?

nor this

        CALCULATE (
            SUM ( 'Table'[SUM] ),
            FILTER (
                'Table',
                'Table'[State] IN { "on", "off" } &&
                'Table'[DATE] <> BLANK() && 
                'Table'[DATE] <= EOMONTH('Table'[DATE],0)
            )
            
        )

nor this

        CALCULATE (
            SUM ( 'Table'[SUM] ),
            FILTER (
                'Table',
                'Table'[State] IN { "on", "off" } &&
                'Table'[DATE] <> BLANK() && 
                'Table'[DATE] <= ENDOFMONTH('Date'[date])
            )
        )

 Is not work , as not sum until selected with date slicer date endof month

@Analitika , try like this example with time intelligence

MTD Sales = CALCULATE(SUM(Sales[Sales Amount]),DATESMTD(ENDOFMONTH('Date'[Date])))

Use date table.

To get the best of the time intelligence function. Make sure you have a date calendar and it has been marked as the date in model view. Also, join it with the date column of your fact/s. Refer :
