Sum turnover

I have a column L1 which has list of turnover,costofsales and other overheads and another column for the Value £. I would like to created a column to for the sum of the turnovers alone. Below is my formula

Turned = SUMX('Finance 2',IF('Finance 2'[Level1]='Finance 2'[VALUE],CALCULATE(SUM('Finance 2'[VALUE])),BLANK()))

and this error message: A circular dependency was detected: Finance 2[Turned].
