Sum of values of row name from another column

Hi!

Hope you are doing well. Thank you for looking at my post.

I am trying to get the sum of the value "GSPH - Plan" from the RDC column.

I currently have this measure:

GSPH Target =

CALCULATE(

SUM ( 'Accumulators and Events with Identifiers'[Value] ),

FILTER ( 'Accumulators and Events with Identifiers', 'Accumulators and Events with Identifiers'[RDC Name] = "GSPH - Plan" ))

It seems like the values are not showing properly in the KPI because the "Goal" is still 0. Would really appreciate the input to make the sum of the GSPH - Plan show up in the KPI goal.

Here is the table:

Thank you in advance!

@cmllrcg try this measure:

GSPH Target =
CALCULATE(
   SUM ( 'Accumulators and Events with Identifiers'[Value] ),
   'Accumulators and Events with Identifiers'[RDC Name] = "GSPH - Plan" )
)
