I have been reading a couple of posts on getting the Sum of Averages into a pivot table.

I have read through the above and tried to understand what they are doing but cannot get my head around it.
Any assistance would be very much appreciated.
I have a snapshot of the table here, with the two columbs on the right being examples of what I am trying to calculate as the sum of the averages against each supplier:
