Sum of Rows in a Table with Calculated Columns

I have the following table with calculated columns:

How do i get the row Totals for each Country?

So you either Add a new column in your table like thisTotal Country.PNG

 

Or a measure like this (to save room in your Table or Model)

Total Measure.PNG

Your request is not really clear!

Each country occupies one row! what that you want to calculate exactly?

Many thanks. Yes each Country occupies one row.  What i want is the sum of all "Calculated Columns" accross each country i.e. Sum(Number of HPLCs, Number of GCs, .... Analytical Balances, Biosafety Cabinets).

Many thanks, that is the right direction.  I changed it slightly to the following:

 

Total Equipment =
SUMX(Table, [Analytical Balances] + [Dissolution Testers] + [FTIRs] + [Number of GCs] + [Number of HPLCs])
