I have Table A (as many) and Table B (as one) with many to one relationship.
so I want to display visual like this with distinct sum of the amount from Table B on the group basis.
Please tell me what should i need to do with this.
Do i need to go with the new column/new measue for this if yes How can i do that?

I am not sure if I understood your question correctly, but please check the below picture and the attached pbix file.
It is for creating a new measure, if the relationship between two tables is like below.
distinct sum measure: =
IF (
ISINSCOPE ( 'Table A'[Col A] ),
"",
CALCULATE ( SUM ( 'Table B'[Col 2] ), 'Table A' )
)
