Sum hours in the column

Hello guys, how are you? I need help, I have a table with a column of hours, I need sum this is values in some measure but I don’t know how make it in hours:

When I make a measure the values are sum for the numbers of rows:

I want to create something for when I choose a filter, the values will also be filtered, but I don't know how to do it.

Can someone help me?

I am not clear about your question. You are have troule with displaying in hours or the filter does not work?

Please provide detailed info. It's better share the sample data and the expected output.
