Sum distinct values in matrix row level

Hello,

I have this issues. I need to find sum of distinct values in matrix rows.

I have this data:

Imagine this is matrix table and I need to have "Name" in first, then when i hit "+" i get number of letters (Tom 3, Ron 2 ) and when i hit + one more time i get these letters.

Does anyone has any ideas?

Column_Len of Name = CALCULATE(COUNT(NameTable[Letter]),ALLEXCEPT(NameTable,NameTable[Name]))

The measure for column B would be something like

Distinct Count Of Letters = DISTINCTCOUNT('Table'[Letter])
