Hi all,
I'm having an issue with a (I would expect) simple formula. What I need is a formula that only sums the rows that matches the Key in the table. The key is a combination of sales organisation and category. I have 3 or 4 rows in each combination that should be summed up.
My formula is: =calculate(sum('Table'[Measure]),'Table'[Column]="SalesOrgCategory")
When I manually type the SalesOrg & Category combination in my formula it works out well for the related rows. However I would want it to be dynamic, as I have several Sales organisations and categories. This means that I would like the formula, for each row, to take the sales organisation and category and then use that in my formula. This does unfortunately not work.
Any ideas about how to do this dynamic formula?
Thank you in advance.
Hi @Anonymous ,
Could you please mark the proper answers as solutions?

Hi,
Drag whatever field you want to in your visual and then write this measure
Measure1 = SUM('Table'[Measure])
Hi,
Drag what ever field you want in your visual and this simple measure should work
Measure1 = sum('Table'[Measure])
Hope this helps.
