Subtraction is not giving me any number

Hello Analytics minds:

I hope you have a great day so far. I am stuck here:

Measure Scheduled to be Started = CALCULATE([Measure Complete Count])+[Measure In progress On Track]-CALCULATE([In progress Past Due])

I am not getting any number. How can I get "0" as output

Can you share a simple file removing the sensitive information? I can't tell why I returned 0 just from the formula.
