Subtitle underneath title

How would you create a chart titles with subtitles like in this image? I am unable to find an option that allows me to do this.

So when I click the elipses I don't have an edit (the pencil) option like that. Do I need to change something in my setting to allow that?

Are you talking about reports or a dashboard tile?

Reports I believe, I use Desktop to build my visualizations and such before I upload them in to Server. So I am working in Desktop right now. I am relatively new to using Server.

The subtitle option is available starting the version of this month of power bi desktop if you are not on the latest version there is no option for subtitle.

Yes but how do I make a subtitle in a report, in case I'm generating a tile many times? Its annoying because both the title and subtitle have to retyped from scratch, and i can't even copy and paste from the tile with the title.
