Subscription is not registered to use namespace 'Microsoft.PowerBI'

Hi guys,

I'm creating Power BI Embedded in Azure using Template Deployment.

So this is my 1st step :

then this

then

The Resource group already assigned by my organization, however after click Purchase, there is an error saying "Subscription is not registered to use namespace "Micorosft.PowerBI" See https://aka,ms/rps-not-found for how to register subscription."

The status is Conflict. And when I try to look at the link suggested, there is a suggestion to resolve it is to look into this page :

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-resource-manager/resource-manager-register-provider-err...

Following that page, I found out that it is not registered under my chosen subscription, but it has registered"Microsoft.PowerBIDedicated"

My question is :

1. What is the different of these 2, and where is it coming from ?

2. Can I switch to the one that registered ?

3. If I need to registered, the page suggested to just click the link, but there is no link, is it because I have no authorization ? I can ask but I need to explain first what's all this about.

Thanks in advance,
