Strange "group" behaviour

Hi guys,

 

I just found some strange behaviour about Grouping feature. If I'm creating new report (blank) and testing to add Text box and image, just for testing only, then select both go to View / Selections, I saw these two visual selected and when I click on the elipsis (...) it has menu "Group" 

 

But, in my existing report, the "Group" menu missing. Anyone know what is the reason or cause ?

like below, it supposed to have "Group" right at the top of "Summarize"

@admin_xlsior 

You are right, it is supposed to show the Group option on top of Summarize. Ca you close and reopen the PBIX file and try.

Also, make sure you are using the latest version, any bugs that existed on this would be fixed.

I tried to close and open again, but the problem persist. Could it be a bugs ?

My Power BI Desktop is the latest (October 2020) and it is actually open in the same time. So one is my existing and another one is new from Blank.

However, I'm still able group it from Format menu at the top. So I think it's not a big problem. 

Although, yes it is strange.
