Storing measure names in a table and referencing them dynamically

Hi all,

Is it possible to store measure names in table and apply them in visuals? For example, I have a table below with measure names.

Now I want to create a matrix table and add the measure category and sub-category as rows. And, Measure as the Value. I would like the relevant measure to be evaluated based on the measure category and sub-category.

Has anyone done something like this? Appreciate any pointers.

Hi @gb2

Thanks for reaching out to us.

you can use switch() function instead, then the measure calculate according to different categories and sub-categories, FYI: SWITCH function (DAX) - DAX | Microsoft Learn
