Store time - DAX Function

Dear,
I would like an help to create the following function:A user when opening a ticket, the field "date_creation" is filled with the date and time and enters with the "status" = 1 (open).
When a technician assigns the call to him, the "status" changes to 2 (assigned).
I would like to store this time between the opening ticket and the assignment of the technician, in order to be able to take the time of the first response and, finally, to make an average of that time for the others tickets.
Is it possible to create this function?

@thiago6661 ,

You may try using AVERAGEX and DATEDIFF.
