Status Updates on Sharepoint List

Hi,

I have a sharpoint list that I am using to hold projects that we are working on.

We have a pipeline where projects change status over time. My job is to compile a report using Power BI that details the exact date that these projects change status e.g. during the last quarter x amount of projects changed status from y to z.

The status field is lookup column within a normal Sharepoint list.

How can I go about creating this report within Power BI?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

hi, @Jibber_Jabber

For your data source is sharepoint list, you could get data from sharepoint list and then configure refresh, then

the dateset will refersh automatically.

Here are some official documents for your reference:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/refresh-data
