Statistic calculations in DAX - issue with circulate cell

Excel example with working formula 

Hello, all!

I try to calculate measure in DAX like in attached excel file formulas. 
Think about adding VAR in meausre, but faced error, based on circulate values. 
How it looks and works in Excel: 

Cell E16 = C16/G4+(E15+F15)
Cell E17 = C17/G5+(E16+F16)
Cell F16 = (E16-E15)+F15
Cell F17 = (E17-E16)+F16

Could you kindly advise how to solve with measure or power query this calculations?

Hi @Anonymous ,

This is to do my best to rewrite it as DAX. Because DAX's loop writing is very complicated, your formula 1 and formula 2 are nested with each other.
