Start of Last Week - End of Last = Week data

hi all,

i am trying to calculate a change in progress for my report using "Start of Last week" with "End of Last Week".

Start = 1000

End = 1500

The difference is 500 (40%)

How can i do this?

I used this post but all my data came up as 0

The desired output is already in my post.

The data I have now is set up as a monthly change so I am not sure how it would be helpful.

Best i can explain it is that we have projects that have progress, we are taking last months progress to this months progress and subtracting to find out the change to see what projects have progressed or have not.
