Standard Deviation

Good day!

I am trying to get the standard deviation and average per month (it will be cool if this can be drilled down up to day of the week basis)  for my sample below:

 I tried using this formula:

SD =CALCULATE( STDEVX.P('MONTH YEAR','MONTH YEAR'[Count]), allselected('MONTH YEAR'))
but it computes for the entire sample instead of a monthly basis.

I am trying to build my model where Standard deviation (SD) and averages will be computed based on the period selected (if possible to drill down up to day level; i.e. Monday is select,  SD and average will be computed based on the count for all Mondays)

Please help. Thanks in advance

what values are you expecting back?

ive attached something very basic, is this what you are looking for? you can drill up and down by adding a date table with your required fields.  However I dont know what values you are expecting.

If I took the time to answer your question and I came up with a solution, please mark my post as a solution and /or give kudos freely for the effort 🙂 Thank you!
