Looks like this is in the Service, not Desktop from your photo. I was not able to replicate your issue in either environment using a stacked column and line chart with 2 values in the columns and 1 in line.
Based on my test, I’m not able to reproduce the issue. In your scenario, you can follow below steps to troubleshoot your issue:
1. Check if issue is related to report itself. You can create a new "Line and stacked column chart" report use different datasets and do the same work.
2. Check if issue is related to web browser. You can change a web browser and open the dashboard to test again; Clean the cache, re-login and test again. Or you can share the dashboard with other users, then let the user to test dashboard in focus mode.
3. Check if issue is related to Group/Workspace. If the report is created in the group workspace, please create the visual in My Workspace again and test it.
