Stacked column chart highlight interaction not working with negative value

Hi everyone,

I have problem with a stacked column chart visual.

Basic information:

• Two visuals in the report: a stacked column chart and a table used to filter value in the chart
• I set the type of interation between visuals as "highlight"
• Sometimes the highlight interation works, sometimes doesn't and a filter is applyed

I understood where the problem is but I can't find a solution:

• Starting point: all the column have a positive value (CARE: the database contains positive and negative values, but the sum is always a positive number in my case)
  
• Example 1: I click on a row of the table that produce only positive values in the chart, so they are highlighted
  
• Example 2: I click on a row of the table that produce a negative value in the column chart. In this case the chart is filtered and not highlighted, even if the interaction is set to "highlight". I was able to understand that this behavior happens if the starting point has only positive column values and you click on something that produce a negative column value 
  
  
  

Can someone help me solving this issue?

Not very clear...

It seems like you want to highlight the negative value as well , right? 

On my side, everything seems OK...

@ifraioli , Is the filter coming on same field/group/axis. If so then it will be filter.

if not,Can you share a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.

If you click on "Example 1" it works:

If your click on "Example 3" it doesn't work:

The issue can be reproduced only if you keep the legend in the chart. I need to have it working with the legend..

@ifraioli - If you add X- Axis column to the table , it works as you want-
