Stacked bar chart ignore legend filter

Let's say I have a stacked bar chart. Each bar(on the y axis) represents a store. The a-axis is a measure which is a percentage of items which have sold more than a certain amount. There is a slider on the report which allows you to select this amount. the calculation of the x-axis measure is basically distinct count of items filtered where only those who have sold more than whatever amount you've set are included all divided by the total number of items. Now, for the legend, I have set an item category dimension. What I want is for each section of the stacked bar to represent the percentage of items which have sold more than the selected amount, out of the total number of items. But what I get instead is the percentage out of only the items in the category represented by that division of the bar. Is there any way to achieve what I am looking for?

You description is a little confusing me, could you post any sample data and expected output? Even better your can upload one pbix file. You can upload the pbix file to Onedrive/GoogleDrive and share the download link. Do remember to mask sensitive data before uploading.
