Splitting data for a stacked column & line chart - 3 values from the same column.

Hi, I am extremely new to PowerBi and offered my hand to do a project for work.

I have got a column called "Datapack status" which only has 3 values which are - "Submitted", "Reviewing" & "Signed off".

The data is stored inside a Dataverse table that is populated through a PowerApp.

I want a chart like the Excel chart I have attached below. I have tried many things but have failed to replicate this. 2.PNG

I would appreciate any and all help and I am happy to answer any questions.

Thanks

If not right, can you share a simple example and the result what you want to output?
