I have a list below
I just want to make KSU and transfer split columns into rows
result will be I will have 3 rows from 1 see image below for outuput

Please follow the below steps: (also screen shot)
Step1: Go to Power Query Editor
Step 2: Select KSU column --> Right click on it and select "Split Column" --> By Delimiter --> Choose Comma as a Delimiter
Step 3: So it will give you 2 columns as per my sample test.
Step 4: Choose this 2 splited columns and go to Transform Menu and then choose Unpivot Column
Step 5: Then remove the Attribute column from data model
Step 6: Apply and Close

@Kalachuchi , On the right click you have the option to split. Into rows or columns https://www.tutorialgateway.org/how-to-split-columns-in-power-bi/

You can get this by unpivot transformation in power query editor.
