Split rows into columns and sort values back into columns

Dear all,

I am looking for way to sort some values seperated by commas in columns the file I am generating is folowing:

            Column 1

Row 1 : A,B,C,D,E

Row 2 : B,C,D,E,F

Row 3 : C,D,E,F,F

I would like to have it returned:

            Column 1      Column 2      Column 3    etc.

Row 1:       A                   B                   C

Row 2:                            B                   C

Row 3:                                                 C

Any ideas?

PS: the values are not sorted alphabetically in any way.
