Split bar chart by two in the same bar and planned and actual on the side

Hello,

I am stuck on re-creating the following visual in Power Bi:

 OnlineIn-store
FR -Planned4.32.4
FR - Actual4.12.5
IT - Planned3.51.8
IT - Actual3.61.8
DE - Planned4.32.4
DE - Actual4.12.5
PL - Planned3.51.8
PL - Actual3.61.8
ES - Planned4.32.4
ES - Actual4.12.5
UK - Planned3.51.8
UK - Actual3.61.8
RU - Planned4.32.4
RU - Actual4.12.5
TR - Planned3.51.8
TR - Actual3.61.8
SA - Planned4.32.4
SA - Actual4.12.5

The data is above when plugged in Power Point or Excel i can create very quickly what i want but in Power Bi i am stuck.

Because my data comes in columns, i tried to recreate the above table of data in Power Query but am quite stuck on making it the same way as the table above. Anyone can assist on the steps please? My data is loaded like this from excel not direct query:

CountryPlanned OnlinePlanned In-storeActuals OnlineActual In-storeDate
Germany5181305201287/16/2020
USA4.32.44.12.57/17/2020

Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance.

So i was able to create the needed visual, but had to load another excel file, which is what i am trying to avoid, and i am trying to recreate this table within the query so that its updated regularly and not manualy manipulated to get the data into table like this:

And the data to make the visual looks like this:

Any ideas, the problem i get is the fact that you need to create a second row for each value and then combine the planned and actual on the same row for each Online and In-Store sale. Not sure if its even possible to do in Power Query, but also with measure not sure how you can do it as its filtering and splitting things and dont think a measure can do it.

@natabird3 , Not very clear have tried on stacked visual with two measures.

The second option is unpivoting data and use online and in store as rows

The problem is that i need to have the planned under the same column or row, otehrwise i cannot make the stacked chart look as the visual. How did you manage to do it with two measures, can you please share as not clear?

@amitchandak any suggestion on the measures? As i am not sure how you can possibly split them by planned and type? Please let me know, thanks.
